Q: Who retains the rights to the photos and virtual tours?
A: B9 Media Limited retains the rights to all photos. We will supply high-resolution still photos to you upon request if you ordered them as part of your tour package.
Q: Is there a charge to cancel an order for a B360 Virtual Tour?
A: There will be no charge if the tour is cancelled 24 hours or more before the tour is scheduled to be shot. A fee of $20.00 will be charged if the appointment is cancelled in less than 24 hours.
Q: Do you provide a photographer to take the photos?
A: Yes
Q: When will the B360 Virtual Tour photographer contact me?
A: You will be contacted within 24 hours to set up an appointment.
Q: How long will it take the photographer to complete the B360 Virtual Tour shoot?
A: It takes 20 to 30 minutes to shoot a residential property for the standard 4-room package. It could take up to fifteen minutes longer if more rooms have been scheduled to be photographed.
Q: How long does it take before the B360 Virtual Tour is posted, or the link is made available for posting?
A: We will provide you with the link, or URL (Web address), for the virtual tour via email within 36 hours after it has been photographed. You can preview the tour right away by clicking on the link in the email, or copying the link and pasting into your Web browser. If you have a B9 Media ActiveMLS Web site your virtual tour will be also be auto posted to the Web site within 36 hours after it has been photographed.
Q: Does the agent or homeowner need to be present when the tour is being photographed?
A: Most generally, yes. Please contact us for any exceptions.
Q: What is the resolution of the still images?
A: Images are 1600 X 1200 pixels and are in jpeg format. They are high resolution and can be used for print purposes.
Q: I am connected to the Internet through AOL and the B360 Virtual Tour does not work. Is there a way to make it work?
A: SSome versions of AOL work with the virtual tour and some do not. If your version does not work, try downloading newer version, or try using another browser (i.e. Microsoft Explorer or Netscape).
Q: What is the field of view that is captured in the virtual image?
A: The field of view captures 360 degrees of space and extends 17° above and approximately 70° below eye level. This goes from just below ceiling height to almost ground level.
Q: How long will my virtual tour be on the Internet?
A: Your virtual tour will be on the Internet for the life of the listing. We will switch the tour to a new MLS number if the one the tour was photographed under expires and a new one is issued. All you have to do is notify us of the change via email to support@b360virtualtours.com, and we will place the tour under the new number.
Q: Can you link the virtual tour to Realtor.com?
A: For a fee of $10.00, we can link, or post, a B360 Virtual Tour to your Realtor.com iLead Account Web site, as long as you have the "enhanced listings" feature.
Q: To which websites can you link my Virtual Tour?
A: For a fee of $10.00, we can link, or post, a B360 Virtual Tour to your Realtor.com iLead Account Web site, as long as you have the "enhanced listings" feature.
Q: How can I get my B360 Virtual Tour posted in my MLS?
A: Some Multiple Listing Services now have the capability and a procedure for posting virtual tours within the MLS. Check with your local MLS provider for their capability and procedure for posting your virtual tour.
Here is the Toledo NORIS procedure: When the agent has the http address of the hosted tour, then they need to give it to their listing secretary. There is a field labeled "virtual tour address" on the back office page of the listing (only listing secretaries, office managers, etc. have access to this page - not agents) and then the virtual tour will be visible, and available, to all MLS members.
Q: What happens if my listing expires and I need to relink the virtual tour?
A: We will switch the virtual tour within 24 hours once you have notified us of the new MLS number via email to support@b360virtualtours.com.
